"Co-Session" is a distinctive performance that stages experimental artists' session where versatile music and dance improvisational artists collaborate in a blend. This synergistic collaboration is based on the autonomous cooperation of dancers and musicians, underscoring the continuous connection and communication in the creation of something 'becoming' in the unknown area.

The process leads to sensuous experiences and a heightened connection to the surroundings, dissolving boundaries between the 'inner' and 'outer', thus exploring the existential condition. The artists' immersion in movement and music, intertwined with imagination and elements of reality, results in an ineffable shape of art, both familiar and unfamiliar. We explore perspectives on themes of self-awareness, journey, interconnectedness, potential inspiration for the magic of improvisation, and 'if' of different possibilities or ways of seeing the world. This project was presented to celebrate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and the Netherlands in Korea, 2022. "Co-Session" evolves further this year by inviting Korean dancers to its new lineup, expanding the scope of its artistic research, supported by Dutchculture and the Netherlands embassy in Korea.
