Splendor takes the privacy of its members and visitors very seriously. We use the personal information of members and visitors with the sole purpose of providing them with the best possible service and treat all data confidentially.

Personal data
If you visit our website you can sign up for our newsletter. You can also sign up for our newsletter when you purchase a concert ticket. For a request for receive the newsletter, we only need your email address.
When you become a member of Splendor, we ask that you fill in your personal information.
This includes the following information:
- First name and surname
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Payment information
We use this information in order to be able to send your Splendor Member Pass, to process your payment, to make contact by phone or email when necessary for a particular service and to inform you of any changes in our services.
When you purchase tickets with your Splendor Member Pass, you also provide us with information. We only use this information for processing your membership and analytics. In addition, we collect data which tracks your activity on our website in order to improve its functionality.
Retention of Data
We save your personal information for as long as you remain a member of Splendor. After that, we observe the following retention policy:
- Banking information is removed within one month of your membership termination.
- We retain your name and address for one year after the termination of your membership.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your personal information to third parties and will only release it when necessary to carry out our agreement with you or to comply when legally required. For companies in which we use your information as part of our order, we sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with them in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality in the use of your data.

Splendor uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone on your first visit to the website. We use cookies with a technical functionality to order to help the website perform as it should.

In processing your request, we may ask for additional information in order to confirm who you are. If you withdraw permission for us to use your information, we will be unable to offer you the services connected with your membership and you'll have to cancel your membership.
In addition, you have the right to withdraw permission for - or object to - the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability.
