Gerard Bouwhuis
Pianist at Amsterdam's hotspot for musical discoveryGerard discovered the piano at a very young age. He is professor at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague and organizes the annual Schellingwouder Festival.
He runs the NAPZAK series with his partner and Splendor collegue Heleen Hulst. The series features the flexible instrumentation of their ensemble Nieuw Amsterdams Peil performing repertoire from all historic periods and all parts of the world.
