New octet Oene van Geel
With many inspiring musicians around him Oene van Geel feld the need to found a new octet. The line up and instrumentation is diverse and combines expertise in many musical fields: jazz, chamber music, metal, middle eastern music, electronic soundscapes and spoken word. But more important than the blend of these genres is the musical narrative and the stories which are told through the music. Just like water in motion the musicians flow together as a whole and invite the audience to dive in with them. This concert will be the fist live recording of this ensemble.
