a Sleighride in the SnowCome celebrate Christmas with us!
Due to last year's overwhelming success, the club is getting together again this year—this time reinforced by Mattijs van de Woerd—to create another atmospheric Christmas music happening. They are doing so with a very special musical selection.
Christmas hits such as Let it snow and Sleighride will be performed in beautiful arrangements by Maarten Ornstein, but there will also be works by Arvo Pärt, Joaquin Nin, Olivier Messiaen, Frank Martin, Bela Bartok, and who knows what else...
The beauty of it is that all these pieces have something to do with Christmas, Santa, snow, loneliness, mulled wine (provided!), and cozying up by the fireplace.
